Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom. We source authentic designer wear directly from Pakistan and ship it to your door via tracked UK couriers.
How long does delivery take?
Unstitched suits are typically delivered within 12–15 business days. Stitched suits include professional tailoring and arrive within 19–22 business days. Every order is fully tracked from our hub to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is £3.99, and free on orders over £50. Need it sooner? Urgent Shipping prioritises your order and is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. Once your parcel is dispatched from our UK hub, we'll send a second email with your tracking link. You can also use Track Your Order any time.

Products & Sizing

Are your products authentic?
Yes — 100% authentic. We source every piece directly from the original designers and brands, including Maria B, Sapphire, Khaadi, Asim Jofa, Limelight and more.
Do you offer stitched and unstitched suits?
Many designs are available as both. If you choose a stitched option, your suit is tailored by our team before dispatch, which adds roughly 7 days to the timeline.
How do I choose the right size?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase or your order number. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Which items can't be returned?
Sale and clearance items, customised or altered products, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you received the wrong size or a damaged item, contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange.
